The Brief

Manning Stainton are an estate and letting agents working across the North and West Yorkshire regions.

With search competion from the likes of Zoopla and Right Move, Manning Stainton wanted to be able to boost their Google rankings, demonstrate that personal service is better than using on line agents and at the same time add value to their customers.

The Process

We spoke to Manning Stainton about what they would like and developed a few concepts, from which they chose to introduce green screen and 3d graphics and text. We continue to produce this more dynamic style of podcast for them a few times a year.

All Manning Stainton’s videos are shot in our studio, with full floor to ceiling green screen. In pre production we storyboard all of these pod casts as they are more complex; the presenter having to stand in a certain place or face and gesticulate in a certain direction or height so that we can integrate the motion graphics seamlessly.

The Results

Manning Stainton ask us to produce these films, usually once a quarter. They have found that the video pod casts attract customers to their site and reflects their brand values, in terms of their personal service and added value. They have also been able to upload video or add links to other on line house buying sites, providing them with a point of difference
